With two decades of experience in Rome, Florence, and New York, Chef Marco leads Fresco’s kitchen with passion and precision. His philosophy blends traditional Italian recipes with modern culinary innovation.

Gianni DeLuca

Gianni oversees pasta, risotto, and sauces, ensuring each dish captures authentic Italian soul. His slow-simmered sauces are the foundation of Fresco’s menu.

Sous Chef

Antonio Russo

As second-in-command, Chef Antonio oversees daily operations and ensures every plate meets Fresco’s high standards. Trained in Naples, he specializes in handmade pastas and robust sauces that embody authentic Italian flavors.
